Our course videos are hosted on Vimeo, and occasionally, streaming may be temporarily disrupted for some users in certain regions. This usually resolves in a few hours, so do try again later.

If you persistently have issues playing the videos, Vimeo may have been blocked in your setup. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Browser Plugins: Sometimes, plugins in your browser can interfere with Vimeo. Please try disabling all plugins, or consider using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.

2. Software Conflicts: It's possible that some software on your device is blocking access to Vimeo. Please check any installed security software or firewall settings. Disabling these or switching to a different device may help.

3. Network Restrictions: In some cases, the network you are using may restrict access to streaming services like Vimeo. Try connecting to a different network, or use a VPN to bypass these restrictions.

4. Geographical Blocks: Although rare, some countries may have restrictions that block Vimeo (e.g., Indonesia). If you suspect this might be the case, using a VPN with a server based in another country can provide a workaround.

Please try these solutions in the order listed, and let us know if any of them work for you. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us with details of the steps you’ve tried, and we will further assist you.

(a) Check your spam/junk folder.
(b) Wait for up to 5 minutes. Sometimes, the email can be delayed.
(c) Some mail accounts (e.g. Yahoo, Outlook) have difficulty receiving our automated emails. If it affects you, please email us at [email protected].

Sometimes, it could also be due to some caching problems on your browser. To solve that, you could:
(a) clear your browser cache, or
(b) use a private browser, or
(c) use a different browser.

There is likely a cookie problem on your browser. To solve this, you can try:
(a) clearing your browser cache, or
(B) using a different browser.

We have disabled that for account security purpose. To change your password, please log out and use the 'Forgot password' function at the login page.

Sorry we do not have one. However, our web portal is mobile friendly, so you can easily access the course materials from your mobile phone browser.

Unfortunately, no. Our slides are designed to be used alongside the videos to enhance your understanding of the content. For this reason, we recommend downloading each slide individually as you progress through the course. Providing a bulk download option would reduce the slides’ effectiveness, as they are most valuable when viewed in conjunction with the corresponding video. Therefore, we do not offer a single download link for all slides.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individual tutoring to the large number of members in our community. However, to assist with your doubts, we recommend using our AI Tutor (links for L1 AI Tutor and L2 AI Tutor), which is specifically designed to help you clarify any questions you may have during your study.
